Original artwork is sold as-is. For both prints and original artworks every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of each artwork that appear on this site. However, as computer monitors and screens vary, it cannot be guaranteed that the display of colour will be completely accurate.

All content on the Kate Endacott website is the copyright of Kate Endacott. Content must not be downloaded or used without express written permission from Kate Endacott.
Prices
All prices on the Kate Endacott website are in AUD dollars.
Payments
All payments are made through third party payment processor Stripe. Processing payments through Stripe is subject to third parties’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to pay the Artist, through Stripe, the full amount as charged.
Shipping Policy
Original Artworks:
The artwork will be shipped safely packaged within 5 days of purchase. Time in transit is dependent on third party shipping. Original artworks ship free within Australia.
Prints:
All prints are made to order. Please allow 2 weeks handling. Prints may be shipped rolled up in a tube depending on the size. Prints ship free within Australia.
International Shipping:
For shipping outside of Australia please reach out via email or using the contact form below and I’ll be happy to give you a quote.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Please choose your original artworks and prints carefully. Refunds or exchanges are not offered due to change of mind. Prints will only be replaced or refunded if they are defective or damaged.
Original artworks are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. Please open and check goods immediately. In the event of goods being damaged during transit, please send an email within 24 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and product. The artist reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis.
